Calendar sync helps avoid double bookings: create an iCal export per property that external calendars such as Airbnb or Booking can read, and you can also pull in external calendar sources yourself.

You manage it from the Calendar Sync section of your dashboard for that property; each entry can be enabled, edited or removed individually.
