If the vendor offers viewings, you pick a free slot in the inquiry form:

1. Under Choose a date select a date.
2. The system loads the Available times for that day. Pick a free slot.
3. Enter your contact details and click Submit inquiry.

If there are no free times on that day, choose another day. A slot that someone else takes at the same moment is locked; just pick another. After the vendor confirms, you receive an appointment confirmation by email.
