If you do not win an auction, your bid deposit is automatically released for refund and paid back to you by the Panterzone team.

If you win, the deposit stays reserved until you have paid the order; after payment it is released for refund as well. If you do not pay within the displayed payment deadline (48 hours after the auction ends by default), the deposit is forfeited.

Important: the deposit is never offset against the purchase price, it is a pure security payment.
