You control per listing whether interested parties can request only an expose, only a viewing, or both. In your seller dashboard open the listing details, then Manage slots and the Inquiry mode card at the top. Choose Free choice (default), Expose requests only or Viewing requests only and save. The mode takes effect immediately on the listing page.

Note: Viewing requests only needs at least one active time window. Without it, inquiries are treated as free choice and the page warns you.
