The multi-year history is loaded protocol by protocol, not all at once. The order follows total value: the largest protocols first, then downwards. Until a protocol has had its turn, its page shows the tiles that work without history and omits the annualized figures. This is not an error and resolves itself.

Some protocols will never show a fee history: the source simply does not record fees for them, because the protocol charges none or does not disclose them publicly. In that case too the tile is omitted rather than showing a zero.
