If a protocol belongs to a larger family, the ranking shows the family rather than each of its parts separately. Otherwise the same amount would appear several times in the same list: once in the family total and again in every part.
The child protocol has not disappeared. It still has its own page with its own figures, and the family page lists all of its parts with links. With full list access the parts can also be expanded directly in the ranking.
The figures of a family are the sum of its parts and do not come from a measurement of their own. Descriptive fields such as the category are shown for a family only where its parts agree; otherwise the field stays empty.
