Click Deposit on the wallet page and transfer crypto from your external wallet into your Panterzone balance. The exchange rate is fixed at the moment of the deposit.

Every deposit appears with its own invoice in your account history.

Once your deposit is credited (or a crypto top-up is rejected), you will see a notification in the bell icon at the top right; clicking it takes you straight to your deposit list.

You will also receive an email for every deposit: once it is submitted, once it is credited, and if it is rejected (with a reason).
