Under **My money chain** in the vendor area you see your sales, the earnings per sale, and the amount of that which can be paid out. You only ever see your own figures. The amount at the top is the one a payout is approved against. It can be smaller than the sum of your earnings, and there is always a traceable reason for that: - Earnings were reversed. - Earnings are still within the period in which a delivery can be confirmed or withdrawn from. - You already requested a payout; that amount is reserved. - You made a purchase using your balance. - The order is paid on handover, so the amount never reaches the account at all. Top-ups are shopping credit and are not paid out. What gets paid out is what you earned. Nothing can be changed on the page; you continue to request a payout where you have always requested it.
