All your privacy rights are bundled in your account settings under the Privacy Rights tab: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and erasure (Art. 17).

• Access: a complete copy of your data (profile, orders, messages, delivery addresses), ready to download immediately.
• Rectification: correct your name, email, phone number, address and postal code directly.
• Restriction: pause further processing of your data without deleting your account.
• Erasure: removes your personal data and locks your account immediately; orders remain in anonymized form for commercial and tax retention requirements.

Every erasure you trigger comes with a confirmation email containing a link you can use to cancel it within 24 hours, in case you change your mind.
