This view shows projects rather than individual pools. The weighted APY is the average across all of a project's pools weighted by the capital deposited in each, and therefore answers what the capital held there actually earns. The plain average would not: a project with one large pool at three per cent and forty tiny ones at forty per cent would show close to forty per cent, although hardly a dollar in it earns that much. The highest figure beside it names the project's single best pool.
