For services without a fixed price (individual jobs, real estate, travel offers), you send an inquiry with your requirements on the offer page. The provider replies with an individual offer, which you negotiate directly in a message thread.

• Counter-offer: if the price isn't right yet, you can propose your own amount with a reason; the provider accepts, declines, or submits a new offer.
• On-site viewing: for some inquiries you can arrange a free, non-binding viewing appointment beforehand; the provider records measurements and findings in a report.
• Photo upload: you can attach your own photos to your inquiry, visible only to you, the provider and Panterzone.

If the offer fits, you accept it, and the rest of the process follows the regular checkout.
